Our Store Policies : 

By purchasing tubers from our store you agree to the following purchasing conditions:

Tuber Purchases

Our Tubers are produced from our carefully curated and managed rootstock collection. All rootstock has been grown by us for at least 5 years/growing seasons. Tubers are carefully inspected throughout all stages of their production and when packing.   In the unlikely event that you find an issue with your tuber on arrival, you have 7 days to contact us and return.  If we agree that the tuber is unsatisfactory we will refund including postage. 

Dahlia tubers are live, perishable items and their growth and health once being accepted into your care is dependant on many, many variables outside of our control. After 7 days no returns will be accepted or refunds issued.

Pre-sale Policies

Our year's tuber crop is released for pre-sale in stages, as it is harvested, and as it progresses through winter storage.  This means not all varieties are released for sale at the same time.  

Due to the nature of tubers being a living, perishable product, the quantities  of each different variety available will vary greatly and will vary from year to year. This is outside of our control.

We reserve the right to limit numbers to ensure fairness to our customers.

We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Mislabels

Due to our care and attention mislabels are rare but can very occasionally happen.  As a small business, we do require the return of the mislabeled plant before we can issue a refund. Contact us for a return shipping label.
