Autumn Update

What a season it has been! Spring saw us receiving, inspecting and shipping out all our amazing new varieties, to our wonderful customers. Then the hard work in our new tuber field began with prepping, planting and the nurturing of our thousands of tubers through to flowering in January.

The last months have been a blur of prolific, stunning blooms and sharing these with local florists and our community. We are truly humbled by the support and enthusiasm shown for our Dahlia offerings.

We are pleased to announce that this year we will have a good number of our own, field grown tubers for sale, as well as lots of incredible new offerings sourced from the Netherlands.

Preordering will begin 8am Saturday 1st May. All tubers for the 2021 season will be released on this date. Popular varieties sell fast, so please order early to avoid disappointment. All preorders must be made via the website, email/ph orders are not accepted.

No payment is taken at preorder, you will be invoiced in Spring when the tubers are ready to be shipped. Preorders are not a guaranteed order, but are a reservation. Although we try hard to predict availability, some tubers may not overwinter or survive travel and so orders are subject to final availability in Spring.

The next few months will be our busiest here on the farm.(although I am starting to find myself saying this each season!) As the tubers finish curing we begin the huge task of lifting, carefully storing and then dividing and packaging in the spring. We are very humbled by the many requests for farm visits we receive, but at present would ask for everyone's understanding that we will not be able to accomodate this for a while yet.

We also have great, current photos of many of our varieties, which can help with making those difficult choices about must have varieties for this year!
